Information regarding security breach
and fraudulent emails sent from motlys domain

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We discovered that fraudulent emails were sent from one of our company email addresses on October 24. These messages were not sent by Motlys and contained a malicious link.

Our investigation has concluded that this was a phishing attack aimed at obtaining recipients’ Microsoft credentials and potentially installing malware.

If you received an unexpected email from our domain with an invoice attachment on or around that date, please do not click on any links or open any attachments, and delete the email immediately.

If you have already clicked the link or attempted to open the attachment, please contact your IT administrator for further assistance.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We have reviewed and implemented additional security measures in collaboration with our IT partners. Our systems are secure, and there is currently no indication of any ongoing unauthorized activity on our email servers. We continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide updates should new information become available.

The incident has been reported to the relevant authorities.
